On 27 Jan members of NERC participated in a school holiday family day showing off radio and electronics.  A number of different activites were run, including fox hunting, digital modes, morse code, HF radio and pcb board assembly.  By all accounts it was a very successful day with lots of kids and adults showing interest in many things.  Fox hunting seemed to be very popular, as was morse code.  Word is that the April school holidays may see NERC invited back for another event.
