This evenings presentation was from Trevor (VK5ATQ) on propagation. A great presentation from a very knowledgable and passionate member of our club. Thanks again Trevor for your talk. Those who brought in sick looking plants wanting to know how to to create more plants unfortunately had to take them back home! 73s.

Contact was made with Paul (VK9PAS) and a few other EU stations. Watch the great video posted by Stuart on his YouTube channel and subscribe to watch other great ham radio related videos.
Talk about boat anchors! A very informative meeting on restoring old radio and other ham equipment was presented by Rob (VK5RC) and Phil (VK5SRP). A couple of radios, and Robs’ pride and joy, a HP frequency counter he had resurrected was on display with some of the great liquids, gells and pastes used to make old gear look pretty swish! Thanks guys for a most interested meeting. Phill has heaps of material on his website at http://www.philipstorr.id.au if you want to know more about restoring old radios.
